Climate change - According to a report published by the World Weather Network during the recent heat wave which hit Western Europe at the end of July, temperatures would have been "about 1.5 ° to 3 ° degrees lower" without climate change. The report concludes that "Such an event would have had an extremely low probability of occurring" without climate change in France.
