Schools in Corsica closed

Corsica closes schools due to heatwave and air pollution - Schools in Ajaccio in Corsica have announced that they will be closed today due to a peak in high temperatures and air pollution. Temperatures are expected to reach 38 degrees today accompanied by strong winds. The city council made the decision to close all nursery and primary schools following the warning by Meteo France.
