Cartons Seized in Toulon - Police have caught a 57-year-old Bulgarian man on Monday, August 19, who was unloading cartons of cigarettes from his car in Toulon . They found 365 cartons in the vehicle and over 200 more at his home, along with €15,000 in cash. The man admitted the cigarettes were intended for resale in France and was arrested and taken into custody.
