Air pollution

Air pollution - A document released by Greenpeace has shown that the Var is covered in a yellow cloud of pollution. According to reports it's only the extreme east of the Var, Tourrettes and Frejus which seems to escape the sulfur dioxide pollution. Questions are being raised by experts into the cause of the air pollution as the Var is responsible for barely 3% of regional emissions of sulfur dioxide, against 90% for Bouches-du-Rhone.
