Air Pollution
| Updated: 04 Apr 2019
Air pollution - A survey published today has revealed that three children out of four children in France breathe in toxic air. The study carried out by Unicef publishes for the first time a report which has revealed the impact of air pollution on a child’s health. Children are more exposed to pollutants than adults because of their respiratory system being less mature and therefore, more susceptible than adults. Another reason is that children spend more time outdoors than adults.
