Boats destroyed in shipyard on port of Marseille

Boats destroyed in shipyard on port of Marseille - 40 boats have been destroyed following a fire in a shipyard in the port at L’Estaque in Marseille. Firefighters intervened on Monday evening shortly after 11pm and attempted to prevent the fire from spreading successfully putting it out by the early hours of this morning. Safety checks are being carried out as an investigation into the cause of the blaze has been opened.
