Bonnie Tyler ‘Stable’ After Emergency Surgery in Portugal
Singer Bonnie Tyler is reported to be in a stable condition in hospital following emergency intestinal surgery in Portugal.
Welsh singer Bonnie Tyler is in a stable condition in a hospital in Faro, Portugal, after undergoing emergency intestinal surgery last week.

The 74-year-old Total Eclipse of the Heart star was taken in for treatment on Wednesday and was placed in an induced coma following the operation.
Her representative said she remains “seriously ill but stable”, adding that doctors are optimistic she will make a full recovery.
In a statement, her team thanked fans for their “incredible outpouring of love and well wishes” from around the world.
Fellow musicians, including Katrina Leskanich and Gloria Gaynor, have also sent messages of support.
Tyler, one of Britain’s most recognisable voices of the 1980s, is best known for global hits such as Total Eclipse of the Heart and Holding Out for a Hero.
