Cannes 2026 has completed its official selection, adding 16 films including James Gray’s Paper Tiger and new works by French filmmakers across multiple sections.
The Festival de Cannes has completed its official 2026 selection, adding 16 films including the highly anticipated Paper Tiger by James Gray.

The film, starring Scarlett Johansson, Adam Driver and Anne Hathaway, will compete in the main competition and explores Russian mafia networks in the US.In the Un Certain Regard section, new additions include Mémoire de fille by Judith Godrèche.
Meanwhile, Christophe Honoré and Géraldine Nakache will present new works in the Cannes Première category.
Several films have also been added to special screenings, rounding out this year’s programme ahead of the festival.
