Charter of good behaviour - The city council of Nice has introduced a list of rules and regulations to be respected by local restaurants. The “charter of good behavior” has been set up to preserve and improve the city for both local residents and tourists. The list includes regulations on the size of a restaurant’s  terrace to be respected, correct disposal of any restaurant waste and the harmonisation of terrace furniture similar, to what has already be done for beach umbrellas on the Promenade des Anglais, all being white and blue.  In order to make sure that the measures are respected a “follow up commission” has also been created.
