Closing of swimming complex due to “energy crisis” - The Aquavabre swimming pool centre in Brignoles in the Var has closed its doors until further notice "due to the energy crisis". The management made the announcement on Sunday evening in a statement which read that due to the increases in the cost of energy the complex was no longer able to provide the service to the public. With the closure of Aquavabre, around twenty people find themselves on partial unemployment.
