Extinction Rebellion activists cover the Louis Vuitton Foundation in paint.

May 1st - The inter-union in France is intending to make today May 1st and labour day, a “massive” demonstration against the pension reform in France. The last united movement with the eight main unions dates back to 2009 and was during the financial crisis. Demonstrations are planned throughout France and it has been reported that this morning Extinction Rebellion activists covered the Louis Vuitton Foundation in paint. According to a journalist present on the spot the move was intended as an action "against the rich", in solidarity with the workers of May 1st.
