First Council of Ministers - The first Council of Ministers meeting is taking place today Monday 23rd May, as French President Emmanuel Macron claims to have formed a "government to act in the service of our compatriots”. The new ministers are all arriving at the Elysee after several weeks of waiting for the announcement of the reshuffle was made last Friday.
