The two-day Hololife Longevity Côte d’Azur Summit takes place on 11–12 March, with a VIP dinner in Monaco and the main conference at Le Méridien Nice on the Promenade des Anglais.
Over 300 attendees are expected to take part in talks, workshops, and exhibitions covering evidence-based interventions from cryotherapy and photobiomodulation to metabolic flexibility and hydrogen therapy.
Speakers include Finnish biohacker Teemu Arina, Siim Land — ranked among the world’s slowest agers — Dr Harry F. König, and Marina Matkova-Jahlan, a Harvard-trained neuroscientist.
Sessions are designed to give practical guidance that attendees can apply immediately.
The summit reflects the region’s reputation for healthy ageing and strong medical and conference infrastructure, making the Côte d’Azur a prime destination for international longevity events.
Tickets are available online, with live-streaming options for remote attendees.
