Clooney was joined by musician Sir Bob Geldof during the visit, where they viewed small, sustainable homes that form part of Social Bite’s wider plan to move people out of temporary accommodation and into stable living environments with access to food, housing, and employment support.

The actor is in Scotland for two fundraising events, including a gala dinner at Gleneagles Hotel and the British Business Awards in Edinburgh, both aimed at raising significant funds for the charity’s work.

Social Bite’s village project was first launched in 2018 as an alternative model for tackling homelessness through community-based housing.
