Grand Froid Plan in the Vaucluse

Grand Froid Plan - Due to ongoing freezing temperatures, the Vaucluse prefecture has activated its "Grand Froid" plan. An emergency shelter with 43 additional beds has opened in Avignon to provide nighttime refuge for the homeless, helping alleviate pressure on existing services.
