INEOS reportedly lowers asking price for OGC Nice

OGC Nice owner INEOS is reported to have significantly lowered its asking price for the club, in order to accelerate a sale.

British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe is believed to have initially wanted around 200 million euros, but reports now suggest he is seeking considerably less to move the process forward.

The news comes at a difficult time on the pitch, with Nice struggling for results.

The club have not won a Ligue 1 match since October, adding pressure as uncertainty continues over the team’s future ownership.
