Originally scheduled to open a week later, the resort confirmed that the combination of exceptional natural snowfall and consistent artificial snow production has created ideal conditions for a “pre-opening.”

The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area said the early launch reflects one of the strongest starts to the winter season in recent years, giving eager skiers and snowboarders an unexpected head start.

The early opening is expected to draw significant visitor interest and provide a boost to the local winter sports economy.

Both Auron and Isola2000 will officially open for the full season on December 6th, with resort operators continuing preparations to ensure all slopes and facilities are ready for peak holiday traffic.
