IT failure hits holidaymakers

IT failure hits holidaymakers - British Airways passengers are currently facing delays following an IT failure. At Heathrow, 81 flights have been cancelled while BA have cancelled 10 Gatwick flights. BA said it is reverting to manual systems for check-in at airports. More than 200 flights have been delayed across the UK, with the airline advising customers to allow extra time at airports.
