The reality TV star and entrepreneur arrived in Monte-Carlo on Saturday, marking her first appearance at an F1 race since reports of a relationship with the seven-time world champion began circulating earlier this year.
The speculation intensified this week after Kardashian shared photos featuring Hamilton on social media.
The pair have been linked since making a public appearance together at the Super Bowl in February and have since reportedly spent time together on several trips around the world, although neither has publicly commented on the nature of their relationship.
Kardashian's visit came as Hamilton enjoyed one of his strongest qualifying performances since joining Ferrari.
The Briton secured third place on the grid for Sunday's race, finishing behind pole-sitter Kimi Antonelli and Max Verstappen.
Ferrari has looked particularly competitive on Monaco's tight and twisty street circuit throughout the weekend.
Hamilton finished second in Friday's opening practice sessions before going on to claim a place in the top three during qualifying, while teammate Charles Leclerc will start from fourth on home soil.
The Monaco Grand Prix now offers Hamilton another opportunity to secure his first victory since joining the Scuderia, with Ferrari showing encouraging pace around one of Formula 1's most iconic circuits.
