The Oasis frontman, 53, is the father of 12-year-old Gemma, whom he has never met following a brief relationship in 2010.

Gallagher publicly acknowledged paternity after Ghorbani filed a child support claim in 2013.

At a remote hearing last week, Gallagher is said to have accused Ghorbani of misusing payments, while she alleged he had spoken negatively about her.

Ghorbani is seeking an increase in financial support, citing their daughter’s autism and additional educational needs.

Court filings indicate Gallagher has paid around £750,000 in support since a confidential settlement was reached in 2015.

He has previously admitted he has never met Gemma but has said he would help her if needed.

His representatives declined to comment.
