Known as “Villa Alpha”, the 900 sq m residence is perched between sea and sky and features a pool house along with direct access to the coastline at Les Flots Bleus.

The property has been fully renovated by renowned designer Philippe Starck, blending glass and concrete in a distinctive Californian-inspired style.

The sale was handled by Edward de Mallet Morgan, head of the Private Office at Douglas Elliman France-Monaco.

Villa Alpha is widely regarded as one of the earliest examples of Californian-style architecture on the Cap, adding to its prestige among international buyers.

The deal highlights the enduring appeal of high-end Riviera real estate, where limited supply and exceptional locations continue to command record-breaking prices.
