Man blocks off plot of land

Man blocks of plot of land - A local resident in Solliès Toucas near Toulon in the Var has placed blocks of concrete in the middle of the road following a dispute with the local council. Considering himself the rightful owner of the plot of land Marc Bravo took action on Wednesday following a dispute with authorities  which has been going on for 35 years. Motorists found themselves having to turn around as police and the mayor attended the scene.
