Man shot dead in Marseille

Man shot dead in Marseille - A man in his thirties has been shot dead in Marseille following a settlement of accounts. The shooting occurred at 11.30pm on Sunday evening in the 15th arrondissement at the foot of a tower block in city of Bricade. Another person was seriously injured and hospitalized. Police believe the shooting is drug related. The city of Bricarde had been the scene of several deadly settlements in 2021. This is the fourteenth death by gunfire in the Marseille region since the beginning of 2022.
