Speaking at City Hall on Monday, Mr Marsan highlighted key achievements in 2025, including the completion of the Rainier III Academy of Music renovation and the opening of the Médiathèque Caroline in the Pasteur district, which has already attracted strong public interest.

He also pointed to record visitor numbers at Monaco’s Christmas village and the successful return of the ice rink, as well as strengthened cultural ties with twin towns in France, Italy and Belgium.

Looking ahead, major projects include the reopening of the Jardin Exotique in late March, the renovation of the Condamine market, and the launch of the new ‘Live by Léo Ferré’ concert venue later in the year.

Several municipal facilities, including the Saint-Charles swimming pool, are also reopening following upgrades.

The mayor announced further investment in family and senior services, with a new nursery opening in September and upgraded telecare services for older residents.

He concluded by reaffirming the town hall’s commitment to delivering practical services that enhance Monaco’s quality of life and international appeal.
