MIPCOM 2024 CANNES

MIPCOM 2024 is taking place this week in Cannes and this year’s international trade event for the television industry see's the first participation of the Qatar Media Corporation (QMC). MIPCOM, otherwise known as the International Market of Communications Programmes, rolled out the red carpet for the world’s industry leaders and consumers this week for the four-day event. On Tuesday afternoon, it was a joyful crowd of those in the industry which gathered at the Grand Auditorium in Cannes for the 8th Mipcom Cannes Diversity TV Awards, introduced on stage by Mipcom director Lucy Smith as “the industry’s only awards to champion and promote diversity and inclusion in all its forms in the international television industry".
