Monaco and France, official ceremony marks commitment towards one another

Monaco’s ambassador to France, Her Excellency Mrs Valérie Bruell-Melchoir has presented her letter of credence, a formal diplomatic letter which designates a diplomat as ambassador to another sovereign state, to French President Emmanuel Macron, during an official ceremony at the Elysée Palace. During a private meeting, Ambassador Bruell-Melchior assured President Macron of her commitment to continuing and promoting the excellence of the relations between the Principality of Monaco and France, with the full support of the 'Embassy of Monaco in Paris’. Macron, in return reiterated the strong ties of friendship with H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco and expressed his gratitude for the commitment and presence between both parties which unites Monaco and France, in the face of not only security but also climate change and environmental challenges.
