Ukrainska Pravda, citing law enforcement sources, reported that 39-year-old Anastasiia Berezovska was found near Kyiv at around 11:00pm local time on Monday.
The outlet said she had been shot.
Berezovska was the subject of an Interpol Red Notice issued by Monaco authorities, which identified her as the chief suspect in the 29 June explosion that injured three people, including a woman who remains in a critical condition after undergoing a double leg amputation.
Monaco prosecutors previously said the suspect fled the Principality on foot into France before travelling by car through several European countries, including Italy, eventually reaching Germany.
Ukrainska Pravda also reported that two suspects have been detained in connection with the case.
According to the publication, one is an officer with Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) and the other is a former law enforcement officer.
Ukrainian authorities have not publicly confirmed the reports.
The explosion targeted Ukrainian-born businessman Vadym Yermolaiev, who was injured along with his partner and son.
Monaco authorities have not yet commented on the reports from Ukraine.
