The fourth edition of the forum opened on Friday at the Grimaldi Forum, inaugurated by Minister of State Christophe Mirmand and Minister of Social Affairs and Health Christophe Robino.

Organisers said pre-registrations had doubled compared with last year, continuing steady growth since the event’s launch in 2023.

Nearly 120 exhibitors took part, representing sectors including banking, hospitality, yachting, construction and private equity, alongside a dedicated space for digital careers.

The Chambre Monégasque du Numérique played a prominent role, engaging with students and training institutions on future opportunities in the tech sector.

Speaking at the opening, Mirmand said Monaco had more than 78,000 jobs, nearly 84% of them in the private sector, underlining the strength of the Principality’s economy.

This year’s focus on technology and artificial intelligence reflects both opportunity and uncertainty, Robino said, acknowledging that AI is reshaping the world of work while raising questions about its long-term impact across different industries.

A new format of short, themed discussion sessions was also introduced to encourage deeper dialogue between employers, institutions and jobseekers.

With attendance continuing to rise, organisers have suggested future editions may need to expand beyond a single day to meet growing demand.
