The first event, on March 26th, will focus on social media and digital addiction, and how people can develop healthier online habits.
The lecture is being organised by the government’s Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition as part of the Extended Monaco programme.
Experts will discuss why social media can be difficult to switch off from, and how it affects attention, behaviour and mental health.
According to organisers, the average person now spends more than three hours a day on their phone.
The free event will take place at 6:30pm and will also be available online.
