Today, we hear more about the coronavirus testing for residents, the announcement by the Automobile Club de Monaco that three Grand Prix will be taking place in 2021, as well as the announcement that the Minister of State Serge Telle will be leaving office on the 31st August and will be replaced by Pierre Dartau.
