Monaco’s Christmas season opens with ‘La Magie de Noël’
Monaco will unveil its 2025–26 Christmas celebrations tomorrow under the theme La Magie de Noël, with events and attractions across the Monte-Carlo SBM Resort until 6 January.
Here in Monaco, the Principality will officially launch its end-of-year festivities tomorrow the 29th of November.

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer will unveil its 2025–26 Christmas celebrations under the theme La Magie de Noël.
The programme runs across the Monte-Carlo SBM Resort until 6 January.
Casino Square will once again serve as the festive focal point, featuring a brand-new décor and the much-loved giant snow globes for the final time.
Surrounding a 20-metre Christmas tree, five new scenes (The Enchanted Ballet, The Christmas Choir, The Reindeer’s Tea Party, The Christmas Sky and Midnight) will recreate whimsical winter tales.
Children will also be welcomed by the resort’s five reindeer mascots, while Father Christmas will make appearances on 20, 21, 24 and 25 December.
The façade of the Casino de Monte-Carlo will host a nightly sound-and-light show every weekend in December, and daily during school holidays, from 6pm to 10pm.
Festive cheer will spread throughout the resort, with decorations along Avenue des Beaux-Arts and One Monte-Carlo, and seasonal chalets offering treats and gifts on Avenue de Monte-Carlo until 4 January.
Inside SBM’s landmark hotels, visitors can admire themed Christmas displays, including a Chopard tree at the Hôtel de Paris and music-box decorations at the Monte-Carlo Bay.
Families can enjoy Christmas Teas at the Hôtel Hermitage from 20 to 23 December, complete with workshops, buffets, magic shows and a visit from Father Christmas.
Special children’s events will also take place at New Moods on 21 December.
The season will offer an array of gourmet experiences, from festive pâtisserie by Cédric Grolet to a Black Truffle Dinner at Pavyllon on 12 December.
Champagne lovers can stop by the Perrier-Jouët winter pop-up, while alpine-style chalets in the Jardins Boulingrins and at Blue Gin will serve winter treats and cocktails.
Across the resort, SBM’s restaurants will present special menus for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, culminating with an ABBA Tribute concert at Sporting Monte-Carlo to welcome 2026.
