Overlooking the Principality, the site — known for its panoramic views and rare plant collections — had been closed since 2020 to allow for a full redevelopment.
An official reopening ceremony took place on 25 March in the presence of Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene, marking a new chapter for one of Monaco’s most iconic attractions.
Originally opened in 1933, the garden is home to thousands of plant species, some more than a century old and unique in Europe.
The €18.5 million project included major upgrades such as rock stabilisation, new walkways and improved visitor paths.
The garden is now open daily from 9am to 6pm, with ticket prices starting at €15 for adults.
