National Council of Monaco - The National Council here in Monaco has launched important debates with a range of proposals which will reportedly radically change the life of Monegasques. The debates which started on Monday will tackle issues concerning employment, quality of life, school bullying, Monegasque nationality through marriage, alternative medicine and the digital economy.
