News update on accident in waterpark in the Var - The mayor of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, Alain Decanis, has announced on Facebook the death of one of the two victims of the accident at the Wonderland Waterpark on Sunday. The accident reported in this morning’s news, involved a 35-year-old man and his three-and-a-half-year-old daughter. The inflatable structure flew away carrying the two inside. Latest reports have confirmed that the father has since died from his injuries.  The investigation continues to determine the exact circumstances.
