Analysts say the adjustment follows a sharp rise in prices over recent years, with apartment values increasing by more than 21% since 2020.According to SeLoger, sellers are becoming more willing to reduce asking prices, helping to attract buyers and speed up transactions.
Average selling times in Nice have fallen by seven days to 76 days.The trend mirrors similar developments in cities such as Bordeaux, where modest price reductions are helping to revive demand.
