Nice “Smart City of the Year”

Nice “Smart City of the Year” - Nice has been awarded “Smart City of the Year. The awards ceremony an annual event, held in Paris rewards cities across France on their initiatives towards building the “city of tomorrow” such as transport, housing, energy and digital. With a third tramline, cycling paths, a green promenade and the planting of nearly 2,400 trees the Mayor of Nice Christian Estrosi was present on Wednesday to accept the award. Other cities honoured at the event included Nancy, Dijon, Roubaix and Toulouse.
