The Bouches-du-Rhône prefecture said the restrictions are aimed at preventing disorder, following past incidents involving visiting English fans, including clashes during the OM–Newcastle match in November 2025.
Visiting supporters will be directed to a designated gathering area at Place de la Joliette, where police presence will be reinforced.
Dedicated transport, under police escort, will be provided between La Joliette and the Prado roundabout to take fans to the stadium.
Additional measures include a ban on movement and parking in Marseille city centre for anyone identified as a supporter from Tuesday evening until early Thursday morning.
The use of pyrotechnics around the stadium will also be prohibited on match day.
Police numbers will be significantly increased over the three-day period, with mobile units deployed across the city.
