Refusal to Comply - Two teenagers on a scooter, one without a helmet, have refused to stop for a police check and collided with a police motorcycle, resulting in minor injuries for the teens and the officer in Nice. The mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, condemned the incident as another case of "refusal to comply" with police. A legal investigation is underway.
