French media reported that the 91-year-old was discharged from Toulon’s Saint-Jean hospital on Sunday, 30 November.
Bardot travelled directly back to Saint-Tropez, where she is now recovering.
Her latest hospital stay had caused concern among fans. She was first admitted on 27 September for surgery, then discharged three weeks later, before being readmitted in mid-November for post-operative checks, which led to renewed questions about her health.
On Sunday, the Brigitte Bardot Foundation released a message saying she was in convalescence, offering reassurance following weeks of speculation.
News of her return home has further eased public worries.
The timing coincides with the release of the documentary Bardot, arriving in cinemas this Wednesday, a moment that holds particular significance for many of her supporters as Bardot continues her recovery at home.
