Rural mayors in France - Following the announcement from the SNCF on Wednesday that they have signed a partnership with Facebook to book tickets, the association of rural mayors in France has aired their concerns about the dematerialization of public services for the elderly. One mayor said that "In our commune, we have been teaching computer skills for 25 years: as some people do not yet know what a computer is," adding "digital has become a real issue for rural areas".
