Sand dust expected in south-eastern France - According to Météo France sand dust from North Africa will once again turn the sky orange this weekend in the southeast and east of France. A new episode of sand cloud coming from the Sahara is expected at the end of the week, mainly affecting the south-east of France.
The cloud is mainly expected in the southeast and east of the country and should continue until early next week. France experienced a similar episode on March 15th, colouring the sky in yellow covering the streets and vehicles with a layer of sand. Several other episodes of notable sand clouds, but of lesser magnitude, then took place at the end of March and during the month of April and May.
