The cast has been announced for Shrek The Musical, which will bring four family-friendly performances to Monaco’s Grimaldi Forum this December.
The Grimaldi Forum has announced the cast for its four-performance run of Shrek The Musical in Monaco this December, bringing the much-loved animated story to the stage in a family-friendly musical comedy.

West End performer Ben Lancaster will play Shrek, the grumpy but kind-hearted ogre, with Amy Perry taking on the role of Princess Fiona.
Nicholas McLean will complete the central trio as Donkey, Shrek’s talkative and optimistic sidekick.
The cast brings experience from a string of major stage productions, including Wicked, The Book of Mormon, Beetlejuice The Musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Starlight Express.
The production promises colourful costumes, elaborate sets and plenty of musical numbers as the characters from the Oscar-winning animated film are brought to life on stage.
The show will run at the Grimaldi Forum on Friday, December 11 at 7.30pm, with two performances on Saturday, December 12 at 2.30pm and 7.30pm, followed by a final performance on Sunday, December 13 at 2.30pm.
Performed in English with French surtitles, tickets start at €47.
Parking is available on site, with evening rates of €0.70 per hour from 7pm.
Tickets can be booked through the Grimaldi Forum box office, which is open Tuesday to Saturday from noon to 7pm.
