Siren testing in Cannes today - Authorities have warned residents in Cannes that tests are to be carried out today on a new siren. The tests come following reports that the sirens were not heard during the recent bad weather which hit the region. To prevent this from happening again, a new siren will be connected today in Cannes. The tests are scheduled to start at 10.30 this morning.
