Tax
Tax - Nine million households in France will receive an advance on certain reductions and tax credits. In an announcement by the Minister of Public Accounts, Gérald Darmanin “payments will be made from today”.
It's been reported that potentially 17 to 18 million French people, will receive 5.5 billion euros. The state will give them “tax credit in advance for on average 628 euros each. "
This advance corresponds to 60% of the total amount of tax reductions and credits from which households can benefit in respect of their expenses made in 2018 and declared in spring 2019. The tax reductions and credits concerned are mainly those relating to donations, to the employment of an employee at home, to childcare expenses or even to accommodation costs in nursing homes.
