The singer and the Kansas City Chiefs star exchanged vows on Friday in front of around 1,000 guests, with actor Adam Sandler officiating the ceremony.
According to Swift's publicist, the couple both wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture designed by Jonathan Anderson, with matching Christian Louboutin shoes.
Swift completed her bridal look with Cartier jewellery.
Breaking with tradition, Swift chose her brother Austin Swift as her "man of honour", while Kelce's brother Jason served as best man.
The couple did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen.
A Secret Garden Inside Madison Square Garden
Although Madison Square Garden is better known for concerts and sporting events, guests described the venue as being transformed into an elaborate indoor garden for the occasion.
Attendees entered through a tunnel featuring photographs of the couple from childhood through to their engagement before arriving at what several guests described as a lush "secret garden".
According to those present, the couple wrote their own vows, with Kelce reportedly becoming emotional during the ceremony.
The reception featured live performances from Stevie Nicks and Sir Paul McCartney, who reportedly performed the Beatles classic I Want to Hold Your Hand live for the first time since 1964.
A-List Guests Attend
The wedding brought together stars from across the worlds of music, film and sport.
Guests reportedly included Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Selena Gomez, Tom Hanks, Dakota Johnson, Camila Cabello, Hugh Grant, Millie Bobby Brown, Benson Boone, Jennifer Lopez, Paul McCartney, Stevie Nicks and members of the Kansas City Chiefs, among many others.
Security remained exceptionally tight throughout the event, with roads around Madison Square Garden closed and guests arriving via blacked-out SUVs through covered entrances.
No official wedding photographs have yet been released.
The celebrations began the previous evening with a smaller gathering believed to have served as a rehearsal dinner, before Friday's main ceremony.
Swift and Kelce announced their engagement in August last year after beginning their relationship in 2023.
