The First Festival of Exclusive Experiences at the Carlton Cannes
Carlton Cannes Fest 2026 will run from 16 January to 28 February, bringing together guest chefs, wellbeing sessions and cultural events as part of the Carlton Cannes’ first festival of exclusive winter experiences.

From 16 January to 28 February 2026, the legendary hotel will host Carlton Cannes Fest 2026, its first festival dedicated to a programme of exclusive experiences.
The festival brings together gastronomy, wellbeing, floral design and cultural events, offering visitors a varied schedule throughout the winter season on the Croisette. Guests staying at the hotel can benefit from early arrival from 8am and late check-out until 8pm during the festival period.
Gastronomy at the Forefront
Several guest chefs will take over Restaurant Riviera during the festival.
From 16 to 18 January, Michelin-starred chef Mallory Gabsi will present an exclusive menu based on local produce and modern cuisine. From 23 to 25 January, Denis Lovatel, known for his approach to sustainable, long-fermented pizza, will introduce his style of pizza-making to Cannes.
Wellbeing Experiences
Throughout the festival, YUJ Yoga will offer regular yoga sessions combining movement, music and infrared heat. The 75-minute classes will take place on weekends and will be open to both hotel guests and visitors, with bookings opening on 9 January.
Art, Flowers and Valentine’s Day Events
Floral designer Djordje Varda, who has worked with the Carlton Cannes since its reopening, will host a floral pop-up store and a masterclass from 13 to 15 February.
On 14 February, the hotel will also organise Chandell’Art, a Valentine’s Day event for couples, including a Champagne dinner followed by a guided portrait-painting workshop.
A Literary Evening
On 15 January 2026, the Carlton Cannes will host a gala dinner bringing together authors and cultural figures, marking the launch of a new literary festival planned to take place in Cannes in 2027.
With its mix of food, wellbeing and cultural events, Carlton Cannes Fest 2026 will offer visitors a broad programme of activities and reinforce the Carlton Cannes’ position as a winter destination on the French Riviera.
