Christopher Nolan's highly anticipated epic The Odyssey celebrated its world premiere in London on Monday, with the film's stars gathering on the red carpet at Leicester Square ahead of its first public screening.

Director Christopher Nolan was joined by a star-studded cast including Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, Lupita Nyong'o, Elliot Page, Mia Goth and Jon Bernthal.
Anne Hathaway, who recently announced she is expecting her third child with husband Adam Shulman, drew attention in a strapless blue gown featuring floral detailing, proudly showing off her baby bump on the red carpet.
Before the IMAX screening, Nolan thanked the cast and crew, calling the production "the thrill of a lifetime" and telling the audience they would be the first in the world to see the film.
Based on Homer's epic poem, The Odyssey follows Greek hero Odysseus' long journey home after the Trojan War.
Matt Damon stars in the title role alongside Tom Holland as his son Telemachus and Anne Hathaway as Penelope.
The film marks Nolan's first release since the Oscar-winning Oppenheimer and arrives in cinemas worldwide on 17 July.
