Thief hits pedestrian in stolen vehicle - Police have arrested a thief who this morning hit a pedestrian while at the wheel of a stolen vehicle. The incident occurred on the Quai des Etats-Unis in Nice shortly after 8.15am. The victim a sixty-year-old man suffered serious leg injuries.
