The latest figures show a 4% rise compared with the same month last year, continuing a sustained period of growth for the automaker.

The company said the increase was driven largely by strong demand for hybrid vehicles in the United States.

This surge helped offset weaker sales in both Japan and China, where market conditions have been more challenging.

Toyota’s continued production momentum highlights the resilience of its hybrid lineup, which remains a key part of the company’s global strategy amid shifting consumer preferences and tightening environmental regulations.
