Traffic in Nice at a standstill

Traffic in Nice at a standstill - A technical failure has led to the closure of the Liautaud tunnel, causing big traffic jams in Nice this morning. Rush hour traffic came to a standstill. Technicians on site have reportedly identified the failure but have as yet, not given any notice as to when the tunnel will reopen.
